Sunday thru Wednesday: Conference in Palm Desert
Thursday morning: Take Lori & company rental car back to Ontario airport. Pick up my rental car; drive to LA-X to pick up Pam.
Thursday afternoon: Paramount tour! Drive to San Diego
Friday: Seaworld
Friday night: back to LA

We arrived in the little desert hotel for the conference. Check out the pics. Lori's already scoped out the mall. We had our first run-in with the hotel staff.

OK, I had the single worst experience of my life today. Well, prolly not *the worst*, but certainly in the top 5. Horseback riding. Followed closely by the facial. More on this later.

Big travel day as noted by the itinerary. We survived it all in spite of the traffic. Dropped Lori off and left Ontario at 9:13 and picked Pam up at LA-X by 10:30. Didn't get lost, didn't miss a turn, nuthin! Pam says I did good, damn good. :-) Check out the pics for today. Oh, and I completed the "Facial Experience"

Sea World today. In spite of the warning I got, I still spaced off the sun block. And man, oh man, did I get burned!!! (Fortunately, just my forearms, tho... a little bit on my legs, but my arms are killing me.) Lauren had a big surprise for us when we arrived... a limo!!! Her fiance, James, had rented a limo, so we drove around for a couple of hours, head hanging out the window like a dog. :-)
Of course there's new pics for today.
